INFORMATION TEXT ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

As Sayal Crane Machinery Industry and Trade Inc., we state that we show maximum sensitivity regarding the protection and processing of personal data belonging to individuals associated with our company, including our customers, suppliers, employees, consultants, and business partners, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, the international treaties to which our country is a party, and the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as KVKK) along with other relevant national and international legislation.

The KVKK Article 10, titled "Obligation of the Data Controller to Inform," imposes an obligation on our company, which qualifies as a data controller, to inform individuals regarding "the identity of the data controller, the purposes of processing personal data, the recipients of personal data and the purposes of transfer, the legal grounds and methods for collecting personal data, and the rights of the data subject." In this context, this Information Text aims to inform and enlighten the data subjects.

1. IDENTITY OF THE DATA CONTROLLER
   In accordance with the KVKK and other legislation, personal data shared by our customers, suppliers, employees, consultants, and business partners with our company will be evaluated by "Sayal Crane Machinery Industry and Trade Inc." as the "Data Controller" in the scope specified below.

2. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
   The personal data shared by you will be processed in accordance with Articles 4, 5, and 6 of the KVKK;

• In compliance with law and honesty rules,
• Accurate and, when necessary, up to date,
• For specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes,
• Relevant, limited, and proportional to the purpose for which they are processed,
• In accordance with the retention rules as stipulated by the relevant legislation or as necessary for the purpose of processing;
• In order to develop the products and services offered by our company,
• To carry out sales and marketing activities related to the products and services provided by our company,
• To customize the products and services offered by our company according to our customers' preferences, usage habits, and needs,
• To conduct our commercial activities, determine and implement our company's business strategies, and carry out necessary activities not limited to these,
• To fulfill the obligations arising from the contracts to which our company is a party,
• To ensure the execution of our company's human resources policies,
• To ensure the physical security and control of the premises used by our company,
• To ensure the legal and commercial security of our company and the individuals with whom our company has a business relationship, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

3. TO WHOM AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED
   Your personal data shared by you may be transferred to:

• Improve the products and services provided by our company,
• Carry out the sales and marketing activities of the products and services provided by our company,
• Conduct our commercial activities, determine and implement our company's business strategies, and carry out necessary activities not limited to these,
• Fulfill the obligations arising from the contracts to which our company is a party,
• Ensure the execution of our company's human resources policies,
• Ensure the physical security and control of the premises used by our company,
• Ensure the legal and commercial security of our company and the individuals with whom our company has a business relationship;
  It may be shared with our business partners, shareholders, and legally authorized public institutions and private individuals within the framework of the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

4. LEGAL GROUNDS AND METHODS FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
   Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing, visually, or electronically within the framework of the above-mentioned purposes and scope in order for Sayal Crane Machinery Industry and Trade Inc. to conduct its commercial activities.

5. RIGHTS OF PERSONAL DATA OWNERS UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF THE KVKK
   Within the framework of the KVKK and other applicable legislation;

• You have the right to learn whether your personal data has been processed,
• If your personal data has been processed, you can request information regarding it,
• You have the right to know the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it has been used in accordance with that purpose,
• You have the right to know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, both domestically and internationally,
• If your personal data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately, you can request its correction,
• You can request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions stipulated in the KVKK,
• If you request the correction of your incomplete or inaccurate data, or the deletion or destruction of your personal data, you have the right to request that this situation be communicated to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• You can object to the outcome of processed data being analyzed exclusively through automated systems, which may be against your interests,
• You have the right to request compensation for damages incurred as a result of unlawful processing of your personal data.
  To exercise these rights, you can submit your request in writing or in a manner designated by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
  You can send your application, clearly and understandably, including your identity and address information; if your application concerns you or if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you must be specifically authorized in this regard and provide documentation of your authorization to the following address: “Ahievran OSB Oğuz Cad. No:41 Sincan/Ankara” with a wet signature or to our registered email address “muhasebe2@sayalvinc.com” signed with a secure electronic signature.
  Our company will respond to the request within a maximum of thirty days free of charge, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process incurs an additional cost, a fee will be charged based on the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
