High-Performance Crane Components
Designs for single and double girder overhead cranes are offered with various connection possibilities. These systems are designed with minimum approach dimensions in mind, featuring wheels made of grey cast iron EN-GJS-700 (GGG70) available in 9 different sizes ranging from 125 mm to 710 mm. Alloy steel wheels made of 42CrMo4 are also available for special applications. Additionally, profile-section designs are offered up to 400 mm, while welded box-section designs are available from 400 mm onwards.
Design and Structuring of Crane Systems
Standard derailment guards are included, and the cranes are equipped with high-performance travel motors and gearboxes. Accessories for end carriages include various components such as buffers, horizontal guide rollers, and track sweeps. These designs provide reliable and durable crane solutions that can be customized according to user needs.
